After 5yrs if infertility including multiple rounds of treatments and a failed embryo transfer, I started acupuncture with Jesse & Dr Tasneem for my final attempt at an embryo transfer. Jesse had been my primary acupuncturist from when I was initially trying to get pregnant naturally so after researching about the benefits of acupuncture with embryo transfers, I made an appt a few weeks ahead of my next transfer. I have stage 3 endometriosis so the goal was set to calm down my uterus while increasing warmth to welcome an embryo at transfer in hopes of implantation. My last embryo was fair quality rated 3BC and had a 33% chance of implantation in a calm and prepared uterus. I had weekly sessions with Jesse and Dr Tasneem up until transfer then had a session the day before and the day after embryo transfers.

9 days later I had a positive pregnancy test!!!! I continued sessions until 9 weeks of pregnancy but had to stop because I was placed on pelvic and bed rest and told to stay put, otherwise I would have continued sessions. I truly believe these acupuncture treatments were exactly what I needed to get my miracle baby. Thank you so much to Jesse and Dr Tasneem. For not only providing the treatments but for also caring so much about my wish for my miracle baby. She is now 1yr old and the light of our life ❤️

I also want to say- after making my appt but prior to starting sessions with KAHC, I visited a clinic who specializes in fertility acupuncture just to see what else they had to offer and I walked out in tears. Fertility treatments are already so expensive and for this clinic I shall not name to charge what they were charging was discouraging and heartbreaking. I felt they were banking on people’s hopes and dreams of a baby. They didn’t even work with insurance.

I’m so glad I had some sense and kept my appt with Katy Acupuncture and Herbal Care. On top of being amazing, the sessions are also affordable, plus they worked with my insurance.

I was immediately greeted by front desk, very courteous staff. I cannot express enough gratitude for the treatment provided by Tasneem. She was extremely gentle & put me at ease after placing the acupuncture needles(painless) on my body. After 60 minutes of a restful snooze she removed the needles. Tasneem has been able to help with everything in our family from chronic pain to weight loss and migraines. 

She is really thoughtful and great with practical advice. Excellent Acupuncturist in Katy. 

So nice not to drive into Houston and Bellaire to find a great acupuncturist I have been seeing my acupuncturist for the last 12 years and there is very little she has not helped me with. She is amazing with my pain management issues and now she is treating me with facial rejuvenation acupuncture. Now I really Feel good, look good. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to take their health in their own hands.
